  • Stamens 4, arising in corolla mouth, exserted; filaments shorter than anthers
  • Disc annular, tumid
  • Ovary 3-locular, with a single pendulous ovule in each locule; style exserted; stigma subglobose, shortly 3-lobed
  • Fruit a subglobose drupe, usually with 1 locule aborted
  • Seeds ± ellipsoid
