Slender, many-stemmed shrublet, 15-30 cm high, branched from the base. Branches curved, virgate, ramuliferous, the young twigs filiform, short, thinly silky. Leaves patent or erect, very narrow, linear-lanceolate, terete, acute with strongly revolute margins, 6.0-11.0 x 2.9-3.0 mm; upper surface sparsely pubescent or glabrous and shiny, lower surface sericeous. Inflorescences 1-2-flowered, axillary, terminal or corymbose on branchlets below the branch tips. Flowers geminate or in fascicles of 3-5. Pedicel 0.3-0.9 mm. Bract linear-lanceolate, acute, sericeous, 1.3-2.2 x 0.4-0.6 mm. Calyx sericeous, 3.3-5.0 mm; calyx lobes triangular, acute; upper lobes medially fused to 0.8-1.4 mm from their apices, lower ones larger, subequal, 1.3-2.8 mm. Corolla pinkish mauve. Vexillum obovate, emarginate, 5.0-7.5 x 4.0-5.5 mm; claw 1.7-2.8 mm. Ala blades obliquely oblong, 4.0-5.5 x 1.3-3.0 mm with a basal fold; claws 2.5-3.5 mm. Carina blades cymbiform, 3.5-4.2 x 1.3-2.0 mm large with a prominent spur; claws 2.8-3.5 mm. Stamens 5.5-6.5 mm; staminal tube 3.0-4.3 mm; anthers unequal 0.3-0.6 mm.
