Morphological description

Robust, grey-woolly perennial to 60 cm from a woody base. Leaves petiolate, ovate, discolorous, margins revolute. No biotic effect seen. Shrub. Erect stems. Leaves dark green above. Flowers and fruit absent. Plant height to 0.45 m. Uncommon, widely scattered. Veld >20 years old. Amongst rocks and on cliffs.
