Morphological description

Succulent twining perennial herb. Leaves rudimentary, with 2 golden-yellow glands at base and 2 on stem near leaf base. Corolla up to 70 mm long, nearly half divided, lobes not greatly spreading, sometimes cohering and twisted towards apex. Flowers pale greenish white, spotted with violet, lobes white, with margins and apical part violet-purple, greenish yellow or purple-brown. From: Retief, E; Herman, PPJ. 1997. Distribution
