Morphological description

Young branches up to 6 mm in diameter and often longer than 15 mm, covered with phyllopodia each with a more or less circular leaf scar which remains visible for several years. Inflorescence brittle, with flowers more or less erect; glandular hairs on pedicels at least twice as long as the diameter of their glandular apex. From: Toelken, HR. 1985. Crassulaceae. Fl. S. Diagnostic description
