General notes: Alt. 15 m. Localised sub-population well in excess of 1000 plants, on streambanks, on margins of an extensive seasonally inundated wetland dominated by Chondropetalum rectum. Plants low creeping diffuse cryptic supported by surrounding vegetation. Branches up to 500mm long. Flowers in decumbent clusters, pink, style and stamens exserted, leaves open-backed. Also growing in association with Berzelia lanuginosa, Cliffortia ferruginea, Erica colorans, in dense Restioid Riparian vegetation.
