Morphological description

It reaches nearly 10 cm in diameter in the wild. Most clones are single, rarely 2-3 headed, but never in groups. In cultivation, some clones develop white, glassy (cartilaginous) hemming on the leaf edge and keels like H. dimorpha. From: Hayashi, M. 2002. Haworthia albispina. Haworthia Study 8: 2-2. Diagnostic description

May be the most robust and white spine species of the genus. It resembles to H. arachnoidea v. gigas, but spines are more robust, comb-like, glassy and very white.
