Morphological description

Perennial, stem prostrate, 5-13 cm. long, wlender appressed-pubescent; leaves 3-foliolate; stipules solitary, up to 3 mm. l., linear or linear-lanc., acute; petiole 1-2 mm. l.; lfts. 3-5 mm. l., up to 2 mm. br., obovate, obtuse, apiculate, glab. above, thinly and minutely appressed-pubesc. beneath; midrib sunk above, prominent beneath: fls. few, in pairs at the ends of short axillary brchlts.; pedicels up to 1 mm. l. and (with the cal.) thinly appressed-pubesc.: cal.-tube 1.5 mm. l. red; lobes 2.5 mm. l., green, the lateral pair shortly bifid, acute: cor. 6 mm. l., yellow; standard elliptic, abruptly acute, as long as the keel; wings narrowly oblong, shorter than the obtuse keel.
